Benjamin Hoyer
For Ben Hoyer, practicing law is about transforming clients’ tragedies into meaningful resolutions through empathy and storytelling, so that people harmed by others’ negligence can find justice and closure. He came to personal injury practice after years of academic study, discovering during his first trial how powerful it was to stand with injured clients in the most demanding moments of their lives.
Ben believes the effective prosecution of a personal injury case begins with a human emotion: empathy. He brings compassion and sincerity to every case. He is honored to be entrusted with his client’s stories and works intently to tell them accurately and persuasively to a favorable resolution.
Ben is a Denver sports fan. When he is not representing his clients, he is at home with his lovely wife and boys. He is an avid fly-fisherman, bluegrass guitarist, and runner.
