Kayleigh Connolly brings a strong foundation of compassion and service to her work, shaped by her early career in healthcare. Born and raised in New York, she relocated to Colorado at the end of 2013 after graduating as an EMT. In the years that followed, she worked in the medical field, where she developed a deep commitment to supporting individuals through some of life’s most challenging moments.
In the wake of COVID, Kayleigh chose to expand her impact by pursuing a career in the legal field. She returned to school to earn her Paralegal certificate and quickly immersed herself in the profession. She began her legal career in medical malpractice defense, gaining valuable insight into complex cases, before ultimately transitioning to personal injury—where she found a natural alignment with her passion for helping others navigate difficult circumstances.
Kayleigh is known for her empathy, attention to detail, and dedication to client care. Her background in healthcare gives her a unique perspective, allowing her to better understand clients’ experiences and advocate for their needs with both knowledge and compassion.
Outside of the office, Kayleigh enjoys traveling and seeking out new adventures. She loves spending time with her pets, Tyrant and Mochi, and values making memories with friends. Whether at work or in her personal life, Kayleigh brings energy, curiosity, and a genuine care for those around her.
