Kurt Zaner lectures across the country for Trial Lawyers University, AAJ, NTL, and State Trial Lawyer Associations. He teaches mainly on how to incorporate drama into your case and the courtroom, drawing on his own theatrical acting background and trial experience. He also appears often on national and local media, both for his own cases, and as a legal expert providing color on high profile legal cases.
Some of our recent notable co-counsel results
- $30,000,000 – Oil and gas explosion case where we obtained a $30,000,000 verdict. We handled the case following the initial intake.
- $16,000,000 – Premises liability case where we obtained a $16,000,000 verdict. The attorney handling the case before us was ready to give up on the case when he learned evidence had been destroyed. We took over the case shortly before the statute of limitations expired, filed suit, and took the case to trial.
- $10,600,000 – Construction worksite electrocution injury where we obtained a verdict of $8,400,000 and ultimately settled the case for $10,600,000 million. The attorney that referred the case initially thought the case was worth less than $1 million.
- $4,000,000 – Electrocution injury where we obtained a $4,000,000 settlement based largely on our reputation and prior success with electrocution cases. The case was settled shortly after we were brought into the case.
- $2,460,000 – Premises liability case where we obtained a $2,460,000 settlement. We took over the case after the first few months of litigation, taking all of the depositions, completing expert disclosures, and preparing for trial.
