Insurance Bad Faith – Our client was rearended on the highway by a driver who worked for a mechanic’s shop. After recovering $500,000 from the mechanic’s shop, we pursued a claim against our client’s own underinsured motorist insurance in a bad faith lawsuit. We collected an additional $1,200,000 from his insurer (on a $100,000 policy).
